Q1: Are all your items second-hand?

Most are pre-loved, but we also stock brand-new items with tags when available — always clearly labeled.

Q2: How often do you add new stock?

We update our collection weekly, so check back often or join our newsletter to be first to know.

Q3: Can I reserve an item?

Unfortunately, we cannot hold items — our stock is one-of-a-kind, so the first to purchase gets it.

Q4: What payment methods do you accept?

We accept M-Pesa, bank transfers, and most major cards.

Q5: Do you offer delivery?

Yes! We deliver countrywide in Kenya via courier. Delivery fees vary by location.

Q6: Can I return an item?

Due to the nature of thrift items, we don’t offer returns unless the item is significantly different from its description.
